Feedback form is now closed.
With the challenges of meeting the rigor of the Common Core State Standards, schools face the daunting task of integrating technology in their day-to-day instruction. In this workshop, participants will gain an understanding how the use of technology fits within the CCSS, as well as explore interactive tools that assist with designing web-based technology projects and performance assessment. Participants will explore “quick wins” such as:
  • Generating web-based timelines.
  • Creating online student portfolios.
  • Connecting your students to other students worldwide.
  • Helping students publish newspapers, magazines, posters, and newsletters online.
  • Student-generated webpages for classroom or school.
  • Multi-media projects
  • And more!
Participants will explore online resources that will make planning each of these activities simple, effective, and within the realm of their day-to-day instruction.
